Shepherded By Design

Shepherded by Design is a five-week biblical journey examining how Christ has designed His church to be led, shepherded, served, and built up.
This series grows from a pastoral conviction that the way a church carries responsibility matters because people matter, the mission matters, and the church belongs to Jesus. Rather than beginning with a preferred governance model or asking the congregation to approve a structural change, the series begins in Scripture and asks a more foundational question:
How has God designed His church to be led?
Across five weeks, the congregation will trace the biblical pattern of shared spiritual leadership, differentiated ministry responsibility, qualified character, accountable oversight, and whole-body participation. The goal is not merely to establish a case for elders. It is to see how Christ orders leadership for the good of His people, the health of His church, and the advancement of His mission.
