Re:generation is a biblical recovery and discipleship ministry where people find freedom from the struggles that hold them back by walking through a Christ-centered process of transformation in authentic community.

What Is Re:generation?

Re:generation is a 12-step discipleship journey grounded in Scripture designed to help people experience healing, freedom, and new life in Christ. Through small groups, daily curriculum, prayer, and honest community, participants learn how to:

• Understand the root issues behind destructive patterns

• Experience God’s grace and forgiveness

• Develop healthy spiritual rhythms

• Repair broken relationships

• Walk in lasting transformation

The goal is not simply behavior change.

The goal is a life increasingly devoted to Jesus Christ.

You Don’t Have to Have It All Together

Re:generation is for anyone who wants to experience freedom and growth.

People come to Re:generation for many reasons, including struggles with:

• Anxiety or depression

• Anger

• Fear or control

• Pornography or sexual struggles

• Codependency

• Past abuse or trauma

• Eating disorders or body image struggles

• Substance abuse

• Obsessive thoughts

• Relationship conflicts

Or simply the sense that something deeper needs to change.

You do not have to know the Bible.
You do not have to have everything figured out.

You just have to be willing to take the first step.

Re:generation is a safe place to ask questions, explore faith, and discover the peace that comes through a relationship with Christ.

How Re:generation Works

Re:generation is designed as a year-long journey of transformation.

Groundwork Phase (First 7–8 Weeks)

Participants begin in a newcomer or groundwork group where they:

• Learn the foundation of biblical recovery

• Build relationships in a safe environment

• Begin daily reflection and spiritual growth

Step Groups (8–10 Months)

After groundwork, participants move into a step group where they:

• Walk through the 12 biblical steps of transformation

• Meet weekly with a consistent small group

• Develop accountability and spiritual support

• Practice daily discipleship through Scripture and prayer

The process involves daily time with God, typically 15–30 minutes a day, which becomes a powerful catalyst for real change.
