WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO GAIN FROM THIS EXPERIENCE?
I am hoping to gain practical, hands-on experience developing ministries and cultivating leadership in the church. I also want to become proficient in mobilizing families to minister to others where they live, work, learn, and play. When I complete this residency, I desire to gain a community of friends as well as the necessary skills to plant a church or significantly aid a church in its growth.

Discipleship Ministry (Small Groups, Disciple-making, Community Building); Next Gen Ministry (Children and/or Students); Executive Ministry (Church Administration, Finance, Team Leadership)
WHAT ARE YOUR LONG-TERM MINISTRY GOALS?
Where do you see yourself serving in 3, 5, and 10 years?
In the long term, I see myself doing life with other people as a discipleship pastor. I desire to be a life-giving spirit who brings the joy of Jesus into the lives of families. This means that I feel called to work with parents, the youth, and single individuals seeking to experience the full life that Jesus promises in John 10:10.
