The First Castroville Residency gives emerging leaders hands-on ministry experience, intentional formation, and personal coaching.
Formation through real ministry
Residents learn by serving alongside experienced leaders in the everyday life of the church. The goal is not only to develop ministry skills, but to form character, spiritual health, theological clarity, and sustainable rhythms for a lifetime of faithful leadership.
